A Review of the Ritz Carlton hotel in Bal-Harbour (Miami) Florida
For our anniversary this year, @MJRuskers and I did a whirlwind tour of Florida—even with a day trip to Cuba! First stop, Miami! Well actually, Bal Harbour. We stayed for two nights and honestly never really left the resort. Truly, it was incredible and we didn’t need to! This is one of the smaller Ritz Carlton properties we have stayed on.
They only have two rooms per floor and one restaurant. Sadly, it was raining when we arrived so we just meandered around the hotel. First stop our room. Amazing!! We had a suite with 1.5 bedrooms and a full kitchen, but the standout was bar far this tub! I mean… can you believe this?! Amazing!
The food and drinks here were excellent. Every day, the hotel service offers a complimentary tea service which we took full advantage of both their hot and cold options.
We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night, called…. And I cannot speak highly enough of it! I am still dreaming of @MJRuskers sword fish!
Day two, we were up at the crack of dawn to walk the beach and check into our personal cabana! There are only three, so book ahead of time if you are interested….and interested you should be! These bad boys come with a hot tub and a bottle of prosecco!! So fun.
This was most definitively one of my favorite Ritz properties and I highly recommend staying here!
Childfree Legend:
👶 – The best of child-free locations – No kids allowed!!
👶👶 – Kids allowed, but there are adult areas or not many children present.
👶👶👶 – Children are present.
👶👶👶👶 – DANGER ZONE – Too many kids to be enjoyable
👶👶👶 – The restaurants and public areas did not seem to have many kids, but the pool did. However, it was not a problem because of the private cabana. The ‘three’ ranking would not prevent us from going back.
Cheers!!
