During our trip to St. Thomas, (read about it here) we were also lucky enough to visit St. John. I beg you, if you are staying on St. Thomas, you MUST plan a day trip to St. John. Heck, I would even tell you to skip St. Thomas altogether and just stay on St. John!  St. John is absolutely stunning, seriously the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen.  If you stay in St. Thomas you can take a passenger or car ferry to St John.
